How to share your event website

Print, QR, chat, and email — practical ways to send a unique invitation URL without losing it in a thread.

Print the URL on the invitation. Short paths are easier to type: graceinvite.com/sofia-debut-2026.

Add a QR code that opens the same link. Test it with a phone in daylight before you send the printer file.

In chat, paste the full https link. Previews help, but the words should still make sense if the preview fails.

In email, put the URL in the first screen. Do not bury it under a logo.

If the event is private, say so: “Link and password on the card.” Do not post the password in a public caption.
